The foundation advisory board of the Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein in agreement with the museum direction commissioned an analysis of current operational activities as well as the organisational and communications (both internal and external) structures. Also, together with the relevant parties, suggestions for changes were to be developed. At the center of considerations were the museum`s identity, the financial and personnel structure, process organisation and communication with the foundation board. The result was to ensure future-oriented, efficient and transparent operational management.
The implementation of the suggestions took place in 2005/2006. The project was successfully completed on October 27th 2006 on the occasion of the founding of the new fundraising group “Stiftung Freunde des Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein”.
